Gentle Flow @ 5 Feathers Yoga
Rochelle Barcellona teaches a gentle flow yoga class every Wednesday morning from 8-9am at 5 Feathers Yoga. This class focuses on building both strength and flexibility by encouraging proper alignment, breath, and body awareness. We encourage each student to make this practice their own by offering a wide array of variations that will work for people of all levels of flexibility, fitness and experience. Sometimes we move along with the breath in a slow controlled fashion and other times we hold poses a bit longer in a static style; each class is unique and offers a variety of techniques to help hone your practice and make you feel your best.
