Yin Yoga @ Sol Flow Yoga Cameron Park
Rochelle Barcellona leads a 75-minute yin yoga class at Sol Flow Yoga in Cameron Park every Thursday morning from 8:30-9:45am. You can expect to be holding each yoga posture during the practice for three to five minutes while practicing a slow and steady ujjayi breath (victorious or ocean breath) in yin yoga. Yin yoga provides physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits. Flexibility of the mind and the body are challenged as this class offers students an opportunity to restore, look inward, and connect in a gentle, quieter style of practice. This class is not heated and is appropriate for all levels of yogis. Yin yoga is a beautiful complement to your cardio, weight, and other more active forms of exercise.
