THE POWER TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE BALANCE IS ALREADY
WITHIN YOU. YOU JUST NEED TO ACCESS IT.
Nourish Mind Body & Spirit teaches you to tap into your body’s healing powers
by using techniques learned through Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old consciousness-based
healing system founded in ancient India.
The word Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayus, meaning life, and veda, meaning wisdom. The literal translation is The Wisdom of Life. It is an ancient, yet timeless, practice.
Meditation and yoga practices – components of Ayurveda – have been shown to positively affect our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states, including reducing the effects of aging and stress, boosting the body’s immune function, decreasing depression, and increasing self-esteem.
Perfect Health:Ayurvedic LIfestyle is a five-part workshop series that will immerse you in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. Here you will learn how the mind-body-spirit connection is integral to your health, and practical tools and techniques to create a vital, healthy life balance.
Rochelle’s guided meditations always set me up for a more relaxed work-day. It helps me maintain a calmer presence for my kids as well. On the days when I don’t feel like getting up in the morning to make it to meditation, every time, I know it was the right choice, and my mood has completely shifted by the end of class. I genuinely feel happier inside throughout the rest of the day, and those ‘little things’ don’t seem to be such a big deal anymore.
For anyone curious about Ayurveda, this workshop is a ‘must attend.’ Rochelle is informative and engaging in a restful setting. I was so glad I took the time to attend. She has started a new interest for me.
Rochelle is so great, she is a wonderful yoga instructor. I look forward to her class.
I’ve gained so much from working with Rochelle! I really appreciate the day-to-day Ayurvedic lifestyle routine that Rochelle developed for me. It’s bringing more stability and healthful living to my frantic work and travel lifestyle. I look forward to developing my meditation practice and incorporating it into my Yogic life and daily practice. Can’t wait to start cooking healthier and eating for my Dosha!
