Gentle Flow Yoga @ Sol Flow Yoga Cameron Park
Rochelle Barcellona leads a 75-minute slow flow yoga class at Sol Flow Yoga in Cameron Park every Friday morning from 8:30-9:45am. This is an intentionally slower paced class that focuses on breath, flexibility, and also strength. The slower pace will allow more time to explore the postures in your body. These classes are set to a unique playlist designed by the Instructor and art heated to between 86 – 90 degrees.
