Yin Yoga at Private Folsom Studio

Rochelle Barcellona leads a 60-minute yin yoga class at a private yoga studio in Folsom every Tuesday evening from 5:45-6:45 pm.

Led with EMBODYOGA® principles, your body will be supported while you hold each yoga posture for a few minutes while practicing a slow and steady breath. Flexibility of the mind and the body are explored as this class offers students an opportunity to restore, look inward, and connect in a gentle, quieter style of practice.

Yin yoga provides physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits. It is a beautiful complement to your cardio, weight, and other more active forms of exercise. This class is not heated (The room is maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round) and is appropriate for all body styles, ages, and abilities of yogis.

Please bring your yoga mat. A bolster is encouraged, but not required.

Blocks, blankets and straps are provided.
