Rochelle Barcellona is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher® through EMBODYOGA® and the Yoga Alliance. She currently teaches yoga classes for individuals, groups, and corporate employees. The styles of yoga she teaches are yin, restorative, slow flow, all-levels hatha, and yoga nidra. Rochelle teaches yoga weekly at a private yoga studio in Folsom. Her classes are open to the public.
